The scene when Paul meets Hefner for the first time and one
of the models walks up behind Hefner and runs a finger down his back
to the top of his butt.

IMO, to catch his attention because she knows him...she's playful with him and can do that because she likes him (not necessarily in a romantic or sexual way but in a very playful and friendly way).
