Does anyone by chance know what song that plays in this movie when Paul picks up the black dancer lady and takes her home with him..ummm.. when they are making out in the bed? It sounds familiar and like it would have been a pretty popular song in it's time.. i checked the soundtrack listing here and i sampled the entire list and it isn't there. Thank you any help will be greatly appreciated.

It's an original piece called "Off Ramp" written by Ralph Burns, who provided original music for the film and also did the score for All That Jazz. It is not a pre-existing piece of pop music.
During Paul Snider's shopping spree in Beverly Hills, another Ralph Burns piece plays over the scene, and it incorporates a piano part from "Stiletto," a song on Billy Joel's 52nd Street album (the album that also includes "Big Shot," which was used in Star 80 as well).
