is this the movie where theres a big greasy guy in some kind of harness, with longish arms? ermmm, and he says toward a prisoner 'undress her...no....do it slowly?'

does it also have big white blob type things?

i'm foggy on my memory of it

yes...the big greasy guy is the Overdog (Michael Ironside) and there are a lot of weird screaming white blobs (lalalalalalalaala)

Those blobs were very well done... They grew in girth as they chased them from the silos.

The make-up and special effects in the movie had some real high points.
