i was all tucked up watchin tv and suddenly this comes on. i dont scare easily, but as i was on my own in the dark the music at the beggining creeped me out so much i had to turn it off.

Definately a scary movie. Anybody that calls this movie a flop is either too jaded or a surface dweller.
I watched the movie in snatches. It was part Stephen King and Part Clive Barker with that dash of Dean Koontz that makes the characters plausible. I think I'll read Bradbury in the daylight.....

I can see how it would scare small children but it didn't scare me at all. I just liked the fantasy aspects of the story.
