Why does IMDB credit Burt Reynolds he wasn't even in it

Justice looks at snowman and he imagins its burt, and he talks for like 10 seconds.

yes he was in it only as flash back
i have all 3 dvds
its a pitty he wasant in the film all the way thurgh
i read he was ill thugh this smoking
there should be a 4th ware he bracks out of jaill what u think

Burt Reynolds was in the movie. He makes a cameo appearance & his cameo is when Bufford T. Justice walks over to the car & he imagines that he is seeing the Bandit.

Was that actually Burt Reynolds? When The "real" bandit was talking to Justice? or was it a scene from another movie that they dubbed in? In the closing credits it list Burt Reynolds as being in it as " the real Bandit"
