The kids camping out
Towards the end, one of the counsellors takes 3-4 boys on a campout and then finds them dead (could never see how due to how poorly lit the shot is).
Who were they and why did Angela target them?
Those were (most of them) were kids that laughed at Angela when Meg and Judy threw her in the water. They threw sand at her as the male camp carried her away. When Angela held a grudge, she held a grudge.
