Was Ricky aware that his cousin was really a guy

I really couldn't tell if he was aware that Angela was really a boy

He had to be because of the way his mom made a big deal about not telling anyone where the physicals came from.

Hard to say.

In this one you could say he was considering he was so hush/hush about their physicals and how he always lost it and defended her.

However in Part 4 you could argue no because of how upset he is when she is brought up once Angela found him in the sheriff outfit. He was working away from everyone. In this case I'd say he not only had no clue about it but was ashamed of his family.
