One thing I never understood was why Tony gave many a specific time window, saying that if he wasn't back within a certain period of time something was wrong. From where the car was parked should Manny and Chichi not have been able to see the front door of the apartment? Why not just say "Angel will wait outside the door watching me. Keep your eyes on him in case anything happens"? Wouldn't that make more sense than just giving them an arbitrary time window? From where the car was parked, it looks like they should have been able to see the guy sneaking up on Angel.

Did I miss something here?

It’s true. They would have seen the gunman coming up behind dude at the front door. But you forget something. Manny liked the women more than he liked the money. He was too busy flirting with that blonde bikini girl on the street to notice.

I felt the blonde girl in the bikini was a set up for Manny. She was paid by Hector to distract him.
