Is this the movie with the ninja kids fighting

Is there some "climactic" battle towards the end of this movie where the main ninja's son fights some other ninja kid? I can't remember if it was this or some other 80s ninja flick...

At the start the ninja's son fights some ordinary American non-ninja kids, he also later fights an adult karate skilled but non-ninja woman and towards the end he fights an unskilled fat man, but there is no fight between ninja kids and the climax is between two adult ninjas.
