What Ninja movie was it?

Hope someone can help me to find this movie.

I saw this movie a long time ago when I was much younger.
All I can remember is that opening.

When the movie begins there is scene where some black suit ninja playing nunchakus (don't know how to write it), then he do some cool moves (throwing his fists and kicks in the air), then he is showing he's skills with sword.

Then suddenly some white suit ninja jumps in the air and kick this black suit ninja in the head. And that was the opening. I can't remember anything else about this movie, but I really would like to see it again.

I believe it was american movie.

This is definitely ENTER THE NINJA.

Sho Kosugi was the black ninja and the white ninja was Franco Nero.
