Okay, if you allow that the rider is wearing a space suit, and something has taken the speeder bike into outer space because they don't seem to be able to get more than a few feet off the ground...
The answer is still "no".
Why the fuck would anyone put a hyperdrive engine into something that can only get a few feet off the ground, and won't go faster than is safer for someone who's probably going to fall off at some point?
