Anakin has always been a bit of a d*ck, he starts as a bratty little kid, then a sexually frustrated angry homicidal teen in episode 2 then in 3 he's alright for an hour then he kills a bunch of people he deemed unkillable in episode 1. The rest of the saga is pretty self explanatory he kills a bunch of people. He never was a nice guy besides from the last two minutes of his life.

It's stupidity like that which destroys the character of Darth Vader in the original trilogy. The prequel trilogy needs to be rewritten, reshot, and redone.
