And actually try to have a funny, coherent movie. The main goal of course is to find new young actresses as hot as Phoebe Cates (or as close as you can get) and Betsy Russell to do nudity.

Yes, this was a terrible movie. The only thing good about it was the soundtrack. You can definitely tell this was written from a male perspective(most of the situations would have the fat guy in jail) and trying to capitalize on the genre of the time of the explicit teen flicks but it simply didn't work.

shareThis kind of movie was perfect for it's time, the 80's movies are unmistakable but it really couldn't be remade now, it just couldn't pull it off. It was a much more innocent sheltered time then. It would just be a straight to video if even released. It does have a charm and while we as kids loved it and it fit right in to that period, kids now are too overexposed and wouldn't like it.
Don't count on hell ever running out of room
