I'm guessing there was a major scene cut to explain this, but it really seems to be for no apparent reason. Why is Bubba dressed up like a woman at the end of the movie? Also, why is the other guy dressed up with a fake mustache?
I've wondered about that myself. Continuity and a cohesive plot are not the strong points of this movie, so I wouldn't worry much about it. My personal theory is that getting his ass kicked by Jordan made Bubba so discouraged about his chances with women that he turned transvestite. :)

I have the feeling they are there in disguise. Bubba is actually wearing the same outfit he wore when he and his two friends snuck in in drag.
