So did Brian really perform a brisk on a bunch of middle aged men, or was he, & Tommy just trying to scare them? I know they obviously stripped them nude, & shaved their heads. But something as serious as cutting off penile tissue, I find hard to believe. I don't know of any straight high school kid that would want to go near another man's pecker, even for a practical joke.

I don't think he did that. The prick line that is said is a pun on the fact that the Klansmen are pricks for being racist and trying to hurt people.

It is called a zemel, which is used to perform circumcisions, as explained in the film. It is even in the quotes on here.
shareI was never able to find "Zemel" as being a tool for circumcision...lol There a are a number of tools used for the job but the only one that comes close in name to the "Zemel" is the Izmel. I suppose the writers or actors got the pronunciation/spelling wrong... Most modern circumcisions are done with clamp type devices.
