Who else thinks that the restaurant scene is hilarious?

That was certainly the highlight of the movie.

Some good moments. I like the fake vomiting. That guy watching her knew it was faked. His look at seeing her fake breast open is priceless.

That's one of the best parts of the whole film!

Yeah, at first, I didn't even realize that was Wendy is disguise. I was a little young when I first saw it so I wasn't paying as much attention.

This scene is much funnier now, than I used to think it was. It might be the funniest scene of the whole series.

Yes, it's funny, but I always thought it wasn't very realistic: the commissioner would simply leave immediately when he realized Wendy was getting revenge. I know that she says "If you do, I'll yell rape", and when he tries to leave she does scream "Rape!" ... but why would that make him stay? It would be obvious to everyone there that he wasn't raping her.

reply

She said 'I can't raise our baby alone' which would imply the rape happened previously.

My favorite scene in the entire series followed by Oogie Boogie

After re-watching it, I agree. It was easily the funniest part of the movie. That and 'the sword' and the zombie

I actually like the shouting match between Carter and Rev. Flavel over dirty quotes in the Bible and Shakespeare and how Carter just eventually tells Flavel to get out of here and everyone is stunned at first before Pee Wee leads the cheers.
