Me and my buds saw this at our local Dollar Theater back when it came out. There were rats /mice all over, we could hear them running around and running up the side curtains.

We moved forward a few rows and they knocked over our empty beer bottles climbing onto a popcorn bucket.

We never forgot this movie!
