Is this the most underrated Bond film?

I always hear people complain about the Tarzan yell and the clown suit. But these things only make up a small portion of the movie. Overall I think this film is one of the best that Bond has to offer. The locations are amazing and there's even some really good action scenes. Especially all the scenes that take place on the train. They're just so good.

And it even has one of the best quotes of any Bond movie. "This is for my brother." Bond kills him. "And that was for 009." Oh my god!!!

But, you see, there was no 009. The novels clearly state there are only 3 agents who are licensed to kill: 003, 005 and 007. If the screenwriter could not be bothered to have read the novels, how the fuck much could he know about James Bond?

The clown suit actually fits into the plot. The Tarzan yell is corny, but funny.

Roger Moore was a great 007. Maybe even the greatest.

This movie has too many low points and stupid shit in it. For Your Eyes Only is the most underrated Bond film.
