Check out the movie Of Uknown Origin!!

If you liked the Night Of the Rat segment then you would really like the movie "Of Unknown Origin"(1983) also on DVD. That stars Peter Weller(Robocop)as a wall street executive who has his brownstone apartment invaded by a rat the size of a cat. The movie is really creepy and has some good jump scares as well as a sense of humor to go with it. It's funny to see his character start out as this suit wearing guy and by the end his apartment is trashed and he's unshaven and totally out of his mind. Unlike Night Of the Rat, you do see the rat a lot...and it's big. If you don't have a phobia of rats you will by the end of this movie! They use shots of a real rat,mechanical rat and minature sets to create the effects and it really works good! See it and tell you're friends!!
