Air Force Briefing Officer

Just before Jack Petachi goes to arm the missiles with his yukky eye, there's a briefing by an Air Force Officer. I could have sworn that this was Christopher Malcolm (Ab Fab, The Empire Strikes Back etc).

Verdict?

Pretty sure it is him. He was also in Superman 3 at the end and a classic Only Fools And Horses episode !
