What happened to the horse?
How far can a horse swim and was there anywhere for it to come ashore? Did one of the guys Bond tossed in the water rescue the horse? Honestly I would like to see one of those guys and that horse become villains and build an evil empire of horse riders and Bond will have to defeat them...again.
