Really irritating and annoying whiney theme tune.

Seriously. I had to mute the tv. 

The song is horrible, and the woman's voice very annoying.

I have to agree with ya there.

It was horrible...one of the writers said one of the worst decisions in post production was putting it over the opening sequence. They were right!

Well take it up with the writer and director. Both say it was a mistake.

The writer saying it is on the Never Say Never Blu Ray making...which was very interesting. There was a lot of conflict over the picture.

It was Sean Connery's wife!

Oh My Goodness....you are so right!

As a singer myself, hearing the vocalist on this song irritated the heck out of me!

Her voice is uneven, she is flat, nasal, (and throaty), no vocal control not to mention the song itself is weak....AND SHE CANNOT SING! I don't mean to be harsh...but what the heck were the directors/producers/music production team thinking when they let this pass? Seems like even while the vocals were being laid, whoever was producing this track should have hollered.....'CUT'....let's try that again'! And after listening to the final track.....should've said 'NO' we are NOT using this!

After all of the great theme songs that was part of the brand of the James Bond saga, i.e. 'Goldfinger' (Shirley Bassey); 'From Russia With Love' (Matt Munro); 'Thunderball' (Tom Jones); 'License to Kill' (Gladys Knight); 'Diamonds are Forever' (Shirley Bassey); Why would you risk tainting an already threatened James Bond movie (because of Sean Connery's age); by having it introduced with a sorry, sad, poorly sung/produced forgettable (because we don't want to hear it ever again); and unforgettable (because you can't erase it from the movie).....opening theme song?!!

IT WAS JUST DUMB!!!

"OOhhhooo....I'M GON' TELL MAMA!"

NSNA in general, has a really strange soundtrack. It has a rather cheap, outdated light jazz sounding soundtrack that seems more suitable an easy listening radio station (granted, not everybody can be John Barry).

Agreed 100%. THE WORST. Have you heard the song that was originally recorded as the theme song? Look up "Never Say Never Again sung by Phyllis Hyman." You can find it on youtube. It is far, FAR superior to the awful song that was ultimately used.

All of the music is bad in this.
