Possible scene from this movie?

I have not seen this movie yet, but I remember seeing two preview scenes on television that I think were from this film. The first scene showed a guy and a girl laying in bed. The girl was laying on her stomach, and the guy was laying next to her on his back. However, unbeknownst to the guy, they were laying at opposite ends of each other. Because of this, the guy was resting his head next to the girl's ankle; which he actually thought was her head. The guy's mother--I think--then walks into the room carrying a clothes basket. When she sees the two of them on the bed, she says something to the guy which arouses him from his sleep. When he notices that he was resting his head next to the girl's ankle--and not her head--he passes out from embarressment.

The second scene showed the same guy and girl. In this scene, the girl was standing on a bed, while continuously hitting the guy over the head with a pillow.

I am afraid that that is all I can remember. Were these two preview scenes from this movie? If not, does anyone have any idea at all as to what movie they were from? Thanks!
