Black armbands?

I just watched this movie for the millionth time but only now noticed that in the shooting dream scene near the end that a couple of the actors were wearing black arm bands. Anyone know why?

Black armbands are often worn at funerals or shortly after the death of someone to show that you're still mourning.

Thanks for the reply. I know that but I wondered if maybe somebody on set died in real life. One of the character's who was wearing it was Caroline's boss so I didn't think he would be mourning Jack's death.

I saw the movie again last week on TBS and I think they were mourning Jack as he was shot and "died" (hence the chalk outline). Caroline's boss is wearing one but it's probably meant to show that the boss is respectful even though he and Jack didn't get along.

I think it's simply ment to be hilarious. He's wearing an arm band the instant he dies. Who carries a black arm band around with them. The character Ron is far from "respectful". He's a coward and he tried bedding a married woman.
