What was Jack's boss's name at the start??

The guy who fires Jack, is bald on top, with big eyes.
Who is he??? I've seen him somewhere, and not sure if his name is credited. Alot don't have pictures, so i can't work it out!! It's driving me nuts..is he from Scrubs??

Hey! Just worked it out...it's Jeffrey Tambor, who plays Jinx. He also has the role of George Bluth in Arrested Development. I KNEW i saw him in something!!!
I'll leave this here as a reference if anyone needs it :)

he was also the new neighbor on Three's company/The Ropers... when the Ropers move, they move next door to Jeffrey Tambor, his wife & son... Mrs Roper LOVES the house, so they have to stay, which antagonizes Stanley (stanley, how could you).
