TV repair scene, identity of cartoon shown

Can anyone ID the cartoon featured on the Television right after Doris pounds it during the TV repair/Vaccum/Chili scene. I thought it could have been from Spiderman and his amazing Friends during season two Birth of the Firestar? I think you see Phoenix though However I could be wrong any help would be appreciated.

The TV show she was watching was "Spiderman & His Amazing Friends". It was the episode that had the Uncanny X-Men in it. If you pause it, you can clearly see the animated characters Cyclops, Wolverine, Storm and Firestar.
