One of the great movie moments is the Every Sperm is Sacred song.

Are you not thinking of Spam? Spam was used a few times in Python humour that I recall, especially the song that goes "spam spam spam spam loverly spam" etc
I am told that some people do not know what spam is (I'm refering to the food, not the emails!) especially from the West side of the Atlantic, so this might be a case in point, otherwise it was a joke, and I didn't get it!
Frank Zappa used to hold stuff like that in high regard, although it´d take a while to name some concrete songs dealing with this particular subject. I think Carolina Hard Core Extacy and What Kind Of Girl Do You Think We Are included references to it...
