This movie is awesome. It makes me smile every time I see it. Winning cast, and just terrific!

I agree. I saw this probably at the movie theater, and a couple of times on TV and it always makes me smile. Jason Robards is terrific in this movie...and I think I developed a crush on Matthew Broderick, too. Not to mention Marsha Mason. I was never a big fan of Donald Sutherland, but I liked him this movie.

Somehow I missed Kiefer in this...it must have been a small part.

I also love the music score. I think it's by Henry Mancini, and it is another reason for this film being so fantastic!

Actually, the music is by David Shire, glad you enjoyed it too though!
