Is that Bill Nighy as the helicopter pilot?

I just watched it again for maybe the hundredth time - first in some years. The Knox Oil pilot that transports Happer, than Mac. We never get a clear shot of him in a closeup...

I've looked as well, and IMO I'm certain it's him.....
The only problem is that there are no credits confirming who is the helicopter pilot's role.
It's frustrating as this is never answered for us..

I'm very sure it's him, even is voice sounds like Bill (when he confirm's co-ordinates at the end of the film)..

The pilot's name was Anderson in the film & he was played by John Poland, an actual helicopter pilot.
He was the helicopter pilot for Highlander III. I think Local Hero is his only film appearance
