Just caught the end of the film and the long closing piece of music. Every now and again it goes into the exact same tune as "I'm walking In The Air" from "The Snowman".
Kinda weird! :)

shareIt's not a case of 'sounds like' - it actually is 'Walking in the Air', or at least Tangerine Dream's version of it.
shareJust to confirm this, I watched a showing of the film last night at the cinema and there is a credit to the original writer of the snow man in the ending credits to that effect.

For some reason, I thought "The Keep" was a few years older than "The Snowman", hence my mysterious surprise at hearing the "Walking in the air" tune.
I now see it was made a year after "The Snowman".
Still pretty weird though hearing it at the end of "The Keep" of all films! :)
I came here to make the same point, but with reference to the Doctor Who theme tune. Maybe I'm getting the two confused.

It isn't the same as.. it IS "The Snowman".
It is in the credits and so is whoever it was that played it.
