Jürgen Prochnow was AMAZING!!

Man he was so great in this movie! Seriously! Gabriel Bryne was awesome too, that Nazi haircut made him look so sinister. This movie is a true gem.

I agree, this is in my mind Jurgen's best performance, where he truly gets to play a complex human being, who is very conflicted and sad at what
His countrymen are inflicting upon Europe. He is exceptional at portraying this, and it's refreshing to see him play a real character and not just the nasty
Villain archetype he is usually cast in. And I agree about the movie too, a very underrated gem, one of my favorites! :)

Prochnow was one of my favourites in the film. I didn't recognise Gabriel Byrne to begin with!

Absolutely my favorite character in the film, and I think he best actor in the flick as well. I always get disappointed when Glenn's character is introduced, not because I dislike Glenn or his performance, but because that's when Prochnow's Woermann really gets shafted in the editing process and takes too much of a backseat in the narrative than I like.

The actors are all good, Byrne and McKellen as well, but Prochnow is absolutely the standout.

I love to love my Lisa.

It's so nice to see him play a role that isn't a villain.

Jurgen was wonderful, and incredibly handsome too, but this movie was really bad. Almost a good idea.
