Hilarious TV edit

My favorite TV dub of all time is in "A Bridge Too Far." It features Elliott Gould (a GREAT guy, by the way! He was super cool and actually talked to me about his movies for five minutes in New York in 2010 at Lincoln Center at a showing of "M*A*S*H").

Anyway, as with a lot of what goes wrong for the Allies, a bridge blows up just before he and his troops are about to cross it. He looks almost right in the camera in close up and clearly says: "S**t!" Of course, in the TV dub, it's "Shoot!") Love that one!

I still think my favorite TV dub is from The Big Lebowski. The scene where John Goodman smashes the car, his original like was "See what happens when you *beep* a stranger in the a*ss" but the dubbed version is "See what happens when you find a stranger in the Alps."
