It is hard for a young man to play an older/old man without going over the top, but Bowie did it brilliantly. You could literally feel the pain in John's body, the failing muscles, the twitches, the ever-coarsening voice -- every gesture was spot-on.
He is missed.
He was amazing. He's missed. We were privileged to see him rise.

Indeed, all of us alive today have been lucky to have existed in the same time-space continuum and experienced his work i real time. I still smarts. I'm not prepared for Jan 2017... Sigh...
