Is this the movie.......

I think I saw this when I was a kid. I just remember one scene, where John Candy was taking a leak on some island, thinking he was alone, then looks up and sees a big cruise ship. I couldn't stop laughing!

Was it this movie, or another?

Yeah, this was the movie. He was at Doctor Ted's office, relating some recurring dream. But he was not relieving himself, he was "relieving" himself. In other words, he was not Master Of His Domain.
