DVD Question
The dvd cover art has both the DVD video logo and Compact Disc Digital audio logo. My copy is only the dvd. I've heard that some copies contain a bonus audio cd and some are dual-disc format even though there is no indication. Has anyone received a copy with a bonus cd or a dual-disc?
