I watched the film again last night after reading some of the funny lines posted here on the board, and I can't even begin to calculate how many times I've seen it! But, there's always a first time for everything...

When Monte's friends are all advising him to "do it for your wife and kids," some mobster holding a fistful of cash comments "that could parlay into a fortune for you."

I was thinking how familiar that guy looked, and sure enough, he was played by Frank Vincent aka Phil Leotardo from the Sopranos. He was listed on IMDb as "Mobster Dressed in Trenchcoat" but was uncredited in Easy Money. Who says you can't pick up on something new even after seeing one of your favorite films countless times!

He was also the "Made Man" that Joe Pesci's character beats to death in "Goodfellas".

The actor(Paul Herman) who played "Beansie Gaeta" in the Sopranos also has a very small part in "Easy Money", he was the bar owner holding Joe Pesci back when he went after the bartender at the bar/strip joint when he criticized Pesci putting in the bathrooms in the bar.

I remember reading that Frank Vincent and Joe Pesci started out together in the late '60s first as musicians, which later became an Abbott and Costello-like comedy act known as "Vincent and Pesci".

Angela Pietropinto was one of the mothers at the kids' party at the beginning of the movie. She played Helen Barone in one episode of "The Sopranos". She also played Paulie's wife in "Goodfellas". There are many connections between "The Sopranos" and "Goodfellas".
