I'm unsure if it was a sample or if the band members sang the line themselves, but it is definately taken from this film.

Also, when Monty is sitting in front of the TV and that black and white show is on, that movie was sampled on the "House of Pain" album by Everlast.

The chorus' lyrics were borrowed from Taylor Negron's lines in "Easy Money." Rather than using a sample, the lines are performed by bass player Frankie Bello.
I think it was the drummer Charlie singing those lines.

Yeah, I guess you're right. I don't know why I thought it was Charlie. I saw them on tour for that EP when it came out opening for Kiss.
