How would the morons in Hollywood ruin this movie?

It would be better today because of the special effects. It would also have more racial diversity to better portray the country

Which The Day After did very well (showing diversity).

Yes, I appreciated the black marine guy who was in the truck as well as an Asian doctor in the hospital, however neither the gay or trans community was represented nor were there any bi racial relationships
