Now that Peter R. Simpson has passed away

Hey folks,

I am really behind the times and saddened because I see Peter passed away last year and I had no idea. He produced "Curtains" and there was talk of him looking into getting the movie released on DVD if it was at all possible. He had been doing CEO duties for Norstar Films and his wife Ilanna Frank has since taken over that role. Does anyone have the nerve to call her to see if there was any way that she could work with Alliance to get the film out there on DVD? Keep in mind that when I say this, I am aware of the horrible VHS to DVD UK DVD transfer that is currently out there so that really doesn't count in my mind as a serious DVD release. I believe I can find someone from the New York/New Jersey area who also has a 33mm print of the film as well as the presskit I sold him from the movie. Maybe he could make a call or two and make something happen? Todd, are you reading this?? Any thoughts from the peanut gallery? Let's get this prized film released on DVD with all the extras, deleted and/or additional scenes and glory it deserves!
