Am I the only one to notice this?

The music when a person is being murdered is the exact same music used in Prom Night. There's one part in Prom Night right before Lou is murdered where a shot of an axe is shown, and the same music that was used when Kristie was murdered played.

Why are you reading my signature?

YES YES and YES!!!
Thank God someone else noticed!
The prop room scene where Tara discovers Laurien hanging from the hands- blood dripping- the build up in the music/crescendo is the exact same as prom night- before wendy's death (in prom night where she discovers kellys body and opens the door to be hacked up by the axe) yeh. wow. great music!

The music is done by the same composer- Paul Zaza, who scored many Canadian horror films back then.

I collect dead pigeons then I press them between the pages of a book.

I thought it sounded like Prom Night's music.

It's a sad thing that your adventures have ended here

i noticed it too

You can't swing a dead cat in hollywood without hitting someone with a vampire script

It's identical. Another Canadian horror film that uses the same score is "Ghostkeeper". For whatever reason, all three of these films use the exact same theme by Zaza. I mean, it fits them each perfectly and it's a great theme, but it's odd that the same music would be used for all of them.
