I was bored out of my mind with this flick, and this is coming from someone who enjoys slasher films. This slasher was ridiculously slow paced, and the lighting was so incredibly poor I couldn't even see what was going on. I'll admit that the ice-skating rink death was cool, and it picked up a bit in the ending, but overall, I thought this film was tedious crap, 2/10.

Totally agree. The movie was very, very slow, the screen was poorly lit, characters were underdeveloped, so you don't care who dies. Not to mention the fact that there was 0 suspense up.
And what was up with the doll?

OK - well the darkness of the scenes is not the fault of the original crew. I know I remember it much brighter when I saw it on HBO in the 80's. The company that produced the DVD made too dark a print of the film.
