There is a movie I always get mixed up with Brainstorm where a guy is riding ona train (in his mind, I think) with a serial killer and the killer reaches in his chest and rips his heart out. It's a crazy movie, and reminds me of Brainstorm...or is it Brainstorm?! I can't remember. Any help?!

I always get these two movies mixed up when thinking of one or the other, Brainstorm is little more serious of the two films.
