Is it common, even in juvenile hall, for cellmates to be of different races? Like Viking (White) and Tweety (Black), or Viking with Paco(Hispanic). Viking and Tweety sure got along well.

I really thought they never did that cause they thought it would cause problems. right?

I would imagine it's very common, if there is room in a cell that's where you go.
