Since they both had a common enemy (Mick), then probably yes.

But then again, Blacks and Latinos don't seem to get along that well, especially in prison.

Funnily enough I did wonder whether Paco would end up being raped at the institution by somebody like Tweedy.

I don't see that happening. While I know they were the Barn Bosses, Viking was a big guy but not too strong or smart. I think Tweety preferred the smaller, young boys that he could easily control. Paco was stronger; I can't see him getting raped by Tweety.
