great movie, but didnt the killer target only 'nurses'?
as far as i recall the killer only killed
female nurses, whats the deal?

You are correct about the first two victims, Betty and Karen, being Warren's co-workers. But in the credits sequence, they are both seen leaving the nursing school as well.
