I keep on wondering why Warren Stacey gets naked before striking his victims. Has it to do with his sexual excitement or he simply wants to avoid to leave clues or stains of blood over his suits?

I would say he was privately proud of his body and wanted his female victims to "see" him right before kiling them. His warped "erotic" fantasy born out of female rejection. Anyway it was his only chance to be naked with a girl.
