yet another 'which episode was this?'

Please bear with me, it's been years since I saw this, but there was an episode where Amanda (this is possibly from later on when she did more, when they were up in that second floor office) is supposed to be checking out a guy (for security clearance?), doing background, and she's at his house and the guy has a reaction to the food, he's allergic to the MSG...later on, that's how she discovers that there's been a switch (that and some paint on the guy's shoes). There was some sort of exchange that was supposed to happen and, at the last second, they flash a light and flip the gurney over. That's all I remember. I checked through all the episodes on the list and I couldn't find anything that rang a bell. Thank you in advance.
