Does anybody know what episode contains a scene where Amanda is drugged, locked in her car in her garage, and almost killed by carbon monoxide? I remember that Lee saves her just in time. Thanks.

It's "Murder Between Friends" - near the end of Season Two. The bad guy is played by Sam Melville, her co-star on "The Rookies" years earlier. He showed up in Seasons Three and Four as her former husband - Joe King.
