Original episode airdates question
I was watching one episode from season 4 (1987-1988) that had Eugene staying with Mama. Episode was called Child's Play. Episode description said "Original airdate--June 26th, 1987." But it aired in NOVEMBER. Then the following one, Mama Mania, had an "airdate" of September or October of 87 but it aired in late November. Was this when they were actually taped or something? I would imagine them taping in June or July during hiatus, then taking a break and coming back in the fall. EDIT: Found a website that has the supposed wrong airdates. http://www.televisionhits.com/mamasfamily/season4episodes.html I feel like these are when they were actually taped, not aired.
