....my friends and i thought up....

my friends and i, after revisiting Fraggle Rock in high school a few years ago, "realized" that the Fraggles were communists...

just think about it...
they always talked about how every lil fraggle had to learn a skill so they could get a job and contribute to fraggle society....
they stressed this in several episodes......

i'm not knockin the show, it was great!

just thought i would pass on the theory...haha....enjoy!

Dude one of the characters' names was Red; they were commis.

The were just good ol hippies. Look at Mokie and the minstrals, can't get much more flower child than that.

The Fraggles live in a commune.
A few points: Fraggles are allowed to choose their proffessions. This luxury is not often available in a comunistic society. The Fraggles love to party, generally prefering to shirk their duties, for singing and dancing the day away. Try that with Mr. Jintao breathing down your neck (figurativley speaking, of course). The Fraggles share most everything, but can also own things, and are not under the rule of a dictator, and as far as Red goes, her hair is red, she wears a red shirt, her favourite coulour is probably red, but to say that makes her a commie is a bit unfair. As I recall, she's one of the most free thinking and fun loving Fraggles. Lastly, the Fraggles can come and go as they please, without any of that messy red (no pun intended) tape.

If we lose our imaginations we lose our souls, the very essence that makes us who we are.
